When coming to the gym for the first time, or after a long hiatus, everyone has this same fear: I don’t know what to do. Should I even be here? At All Kine CrossFit we make sure you start off with just you and a Coach so you can get back into the swing of things without the feeling of being judged.
GETTING STARTED SESSIONS
When you join our gym, you will start off working one-on-one with a Coach. During these one hour sessions you will review and assess different exercises (movements) that will help you lose weight, gain muscle, or whatever your goal is. You will start off with a minimum of 3 sessions that are focused solely on 3 things:
- Making you comfortable – we won’t let you look weird at the gym
- Teaching you safety / technique through our Level Method – we won’t let you get hurt
- Understanding your starting point and any mobility challenges you may have
After those first 3 sessions you and your coach can decide to have you continue on one-on-one or to move into Group Training Classes. The good news is both choices can have very positive impacts. Which one sounds best for you?
GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
The great thing that Group Training Classes offer is a variety of movements everyday, as well as a small group of people supporting and cheering each other on. I say small because we limit our class sizes to 14 people. Everyone in class is going to be doing the same type of workout. The exact movements might be different, depending upon what level you are at, however everyone is stimulating the same muscle groups. How will you know what to do? You don’t have to, your coach does. Your coach got you through your first 3 sessions and they will get you through your first group training class. The environment in Group Training Classes is set up to ensure you feel comfortable and not judged. We have a variety of members of all ages and abilities.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
The great thing that Personal Training offers is that each time you come in, the work you do in the gym is:
- One-on-one with your Coach – who knows you best?
- Your workout is completely customized to your goals – burn fat, lose weight, muscle gain, etc.?
- The schedule is completely open to your availability – You are busy and we get it. You pick the time!
CAN ANYONE JOIN ALL KINE CROSSFIT?
No. We are very selective about who we allow into our members lives. We ensure the people we let in are friendly, supportive, encouraging and positive. There is no gossiping, snickering, staring, or judgement allowed. We have become very good at only allowing people in that have a genuine interest in improving their health and fitness.
