What is a Free Intro?

Have you seen the “BOOK A FREE INTRO” button? If you’ve spent any time searching around our website, you’ve probably seen us talk about or ask you to sign up for a free intro.

You may have wondered what is that all about.

What is a Free Intro or No-Sweat Intro?

A free intro is a conversation with our coaches either in person or phone. You come into our facility, you meet us, you get to see what everything looks like, and you talk to a coach. It’s sort of like a consultation where we find out how we can best help you.

There are three main goals of a free intro:

Goal #1 – We Get to Know You

We want to learn all about you! What sort of exercise are you currently doing? What types of exercise have you enjoyed, and what have you not enjoyed? How is your nutrition like?

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every plan is individualized to your needs, your preferences, and your goals. We have to get to know you before we can determine the best fit.

Goal #2 – We Learn About Your Goals

We want to know about what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to build strength? Lose weight? Gain endurance? Improve your nutrition? Or simply just feel more confident in your own skin?

If you start driving without knowing where you’re going, you probably won’t get to your destination. Likewise, you can’t reach a goal without seeing it. We have to know what your goals are before we can help you figure out how to reach them.

Goal #3 – Help You Create a Plan

The last goal of a free intro is to work together to create your personalized health and fitness prescription.

This is all completely dependent on your goals and who you are.

It may include any combination of the following:

  • Personal Training
  • Group Classes
  • Nutrition Coaching
  • Online Coaching
  • Supplemental Programming
