Recipe of the Week – Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

This recipe will make 1 smoothie or 6 smoothie pops.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
